Injection Seasoning
1 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup Zatarain’s liquid crab boil
½ Cup Chili Oil (or plain olive oil)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
