Sloppy Joes

1 lb Ground Beef

1 lb Breakfast Sausage

2 Bell Peppers

4 Cloves Garlic

1 Diced Onion

1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika

1 Small Can Chilpotle in Adobo Sauce

1 Diced Tomato

½ Tablespoon Garlic Powder

½ Tablespoon Onion Powder

Salt and Peppa to taste


Directions

Brown sausage and remove from pot. Brown ground beef and add half of the diced onions and bell peppers. After vegis have softened add the garlic, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, diced adobo peppers and sauce, garlic and onion powder. Add BBQ sauce so that the mixture is at the texture you desire. Place heat on low, place on lid, and let simmer for 15-30 minutes.


Prepare Tortilla

Add spray butter on both sides and wrap in aluminum foil. Heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-9 minutes. Once heated, lay flat and stuff the puppy full on sloppy joe goodness, wrap and eat!
